Founded in 2025 by six women from different industries, but united by a shared vision. With Her Society was created to build the kind of supportive, inclusive spaces we wished existed earlier in our own careers.

We exist to empower women in corporate, not just to navigate their careers, but to thrive. Through meaningful connections, candid conversations, and a strong sense of community, we’re redefining what it means to lead, grow, and succeed with her.
